Everything on your sandwich is made in our own kitchen on the Spuistraat. The sauces, the compotes, the fillings. Fresh every day, with local produce from people who do it properly.

Sandwiches you know. With a twist.
A ham sandwich. A chicken sandwich. One with eggplant. You know them all. Ours come with guanciale compote, homemade spicy mayo or smoked almonds, on focaccia that's still warm. Familiar enough to order without thinking. Good enough to think about all afternoon.

Every sauce, compote and filling is made from scratch in our own kitchen. Nothing comes out of a bucket.
